Cancellation Policy

Important Notes:

  • The cardholder must be present at check-in and provide valid identification
  • Date changes require cancellation of the original booking and creation of a new reservation
  • All cancellations must be made through the booking website (no telephone cancellations)
  • All listed prices include VAT and service charges

Cancellation Fees:

  • 0-1 day before check-in (including check-in day): 100% of prepaid amount
  • 2 days before check-in: 50% of prepaid amount
  • 3 or more days before check-in: No cancellation fee

Force Majeure: In the event of natural disasters (typhoon, traffic interruptions, etc.), guests may contact the booking center within 3 days of the scheduled check-in date (including the check-in day) for special arrangements.

Transportation

Getting to Chientan Youth Activity Center (Conference Venue)

By MRT:

Take the Tamsui Line (Red Line) to Jiantan Station (劍潭站). Exit from Exit 2 and walk approximately 10 minutes to the center.

From Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport:

  • Take the Airport MRT to Taipei Main Station → Transfer to Tamsui Line (Red Line) → Alight at Jiantan Station→ Exit from Exit 2 and walk approximately 10 minutes to the center.
  • Total journey time: Approximately 70-80 minutes

Getting to Boutech JianTan Hotel

By MRT:

Take the Red Tamsui Line, exit at Jiantan Station, Exit 1. The hotel is approximately a 15-minute walk.

From Taoyuan International Airport:

Take the Airport MRT to Taipei Main Station → Transfer to Tamsui Line (Red Line) → Alight at Jiantan Station→Exit from Exit 1. The hotel is approximately a 15-minute walk.

From Boutech JianTan Hotel to Conference Venue:

Distance: Approximately 1.5 km

  • Taxi: Approximately 10 minutes, NT$ 100-150
  • Bus: Take Bus 756 from the bus stop near the hotel (Chengde Rd. Section 4), get off at Jiantan Elementary School, and walk approximately 8 minutes to reach the conference venue. (Total journey time: 11 minutes | Fare: NT$15.)
