Preprint Submission
All submission must be completed using the SEAAIR Conference Paper Template.
The Conference Preprint must be completed in 10 pages or 5000 words, including clear sectioning of Introduction, Literature Review / Background Information, Methodology, Discussion, Conclusion and Reference List.
SEAAIR Conferences uses APA system as Referencing Format.
Effective 2026, SEAAIR will adopt a two‑track publication approach for the conference:
(a) Conference Preprints: All accepted manuscripts will be presented at the conference and published in the Conference Preprints.
(b) Conference Proceedings: A selection of manuscripts that meet a defined threshold aligned with Scopus indexing criteria will be invited to undergo a double‑blind review process. This review aims to strengthen the quality of the papers for publication in the Conference Proceedings, supporting SEAAIR’s strategic move toward indexed outputs.
